Submit refund requests through the support form with your order number. Each request is reviewed individually, taking into account whether the eSIM has been installed or used and any technical issue reported.

Before you buy

Because eSIM profiles are digital and usually cannot be reinstalled once deleted, please check device compatibility and plan details carefully before purchase.

Cryptocurrency payments

Where a refund is approved for a cryptocurrency payment, the method and amount are agreed with you through support, as network fees and exchange rates may apply.
